IT Client Portal FAQ

Welcome to the Armada IT Client Portal FAQ.

As we prepare for launch, we will continue updating this page with additional information, answers to common questions, and important announcements. If you cannot find the information you are looking for, please contact our team.

Why is Armada IT introducing a new Client Portal?
We are upgrading our client experience to provide greater transparency, improved account access, enhanced security, and convenient self-service capabilities.

When will the Client Portal launch?
We expect to launch in the coming weeks. Additional details and activation instructions will be sent before the go-live date.

Will my services be affected?
No. There will be no interruption to your existing services during the transition.

Will my pricing or agreements change?
No. This transition does not affect your existing services, contracts, or pricing.

Do I need to do anything right now?
Please complete the Client Portal Security & Access Form. We will provide activation instructions and portal access details closer to the launch date.

Why am I being asked to complete a Client Portal Security & Access Form?
The Client Portal contains access to account information, invoices, payment methods, and service-related details. The Security & Access Form helps us ensure this information is accessible only to authorized individuals and that account permissions are configured appropriately before launch.

What can I manage from the new portal?
Depending on the services you have with Armada IT, you may be able to:
✅ View active services and order new products and services
✅ Review invoices and payments
✅ Update your account details
✅ Manage payment methods
✅ Submit support requests
✅ Access important service information

Who will receive invoices and have access to billing information?
Each billing entity will have one designated billing contact who will receive invoice notifications and have access to billing information and payment methods.

Will invoices continue to be sent to multiple recipients?
As part of our transition to the new Client Portal, invoice notifications will be sent to one designated billing contact. That individual may distribute invoices internally as appropriate. You may designate a mailing list/distribution list as your billing contact email address to enable automated distribution to multiple recipients.

Who will have access to payment methods and billing information?
Access to billing information, invoices, and payment methods will be controlled through user permissions within the Client Portal. We will work with your organization to ensure appropriate individuals are granted access based on their role and responsibilities.

Can different people receive billing, administrative, and technical communications?
Yes. Different contacts may be designated for billing, account administration, and technical communications. During the account setup process, we will work with you to ensure the appropriate individuals are associated with the appropriate services and communications.

What if my organization has multiple companies or billing entities?
The new Client Portal is designed to support clients with multiple related organizations, developments, properties, or billing entities. Where appropriate, account relationships and permissions can be configured to provide authorized users with visibility across multiple entities.

How will I request IT support?
Once the new portal is launched, clients will be able to submit and track support requests through the Client Portal. Additional details regarding support procedures will be provided before launch.

Will I be able to request IT support by email?
Yes, you will still be able to request support by emailing: itsupport @ armadadata.com

What if some information is missing or incorrect when I access the portal?
As we continue preparing for launch and migrating information, some account details may require additional updates. If you notice any inaccuracies or missing information, please contact our team, and we will review your account and make any necessary corrections.
